UC 3710 High-Current FET Driver

The IC UC3710 is a high-current FET driver designed for interfacing low-level control functions with high-power switching devices, such as power MOSFETs and IGBTs. Featuring a totem-pole output stage, it can source or sink a minimum of 6A, making it ideal for high-speed switching applications in power electronics.
