If you need to increase the distance between a HAT and your Raspberry Pi, a riser header is what you need (also known as booster headers). Simply plug this header onto your Raspberry Pi's GPIO pins, then click your HAT on top!
These headers can also be used for other purposes such as soldering directly to a Raspberry Pi Zero 2 W for an alternative GPIO connection option, or simply adding to your own PCB project.
The headers have a 5mm metal pin that is 0.64mm thick, with an 8.5mm plastic body (see drawing below for full dimensions).
Raspberry Pi not included!
