This tachometer reads from 0 to 10,000 RPM by connecting directly to the negative side of your stock coil, tachometer test port or with a tachometer adapter for extremely accurate gauge readings directly from the source. Mounting this gauge anywhere in your car is a breeze with the included pedestal mount. GlowShifts Tinted Gauge Series has been revamped from our previous gauge model in both performance and style. Each Tinted Series 3-3/4″ (95mm) Tachometer Gauge is housed in a two toned gun metal gauge body with a brushed aluminum trim ring and a low profile, magnified tinted lens for a sleek style. Stepper Motor Technology drives each Tinted Series Gauge by allowing for smoother and more stable needle movement with the constant changes of RPM. Each gauge face features an illuminated red needle that sweeps 270 degrees at startup for white LED backlighting, as well as an adjustable shift light knob that will alert you when its the perfect time to shift. Connecting this tach gauge to your factory headlight switch allows it to dim 30% for easier monitoring during the late hours of the night.
