The FNIRSI DSO-TC3 combines three compact bench tools in one handheld device: a digital oscilloscope, a signal generator, and an automatic component tester. It is built for quick electronics checks, repair benches, education, and portable diagnostics where a full-size oscilloscope is not always practical.
The oscilloscope section supports 500kHz analog bandwidth, up to 10MSa/s sampling, AC/DC coupling, multiple trigger modes, and a 2.8-inch color display. The built-in generator provides common waveform output for simple circuit stimulation, while the transistor tester can identify and measure common components such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, SCRs, and inductors.
For a newer handheld upgrade, compare it with the FNIRSI DSO-TC4 3-in-1 Oscilloscope. For higher-bandwidth waveform capture, see the FNIRSI 1013D Tablet Oscilloscope or the FNIRSI 1014D Oscilloscope with Generator.

It integrates a digital oscilloscope, a signal generator, and an automatic transistor/component tester in one handheld device.
The oscilloscope mode supports 500kHz bandwidth and up to 10MSa/s sampling, suitable for low-frequency electronics checks and basic waveform inspection.
Yes. The component tester can identify and measure common parts such as resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, SCRs, and inductors.
Yes. It includes a basic signal generator with multiple waveform types and a frequency range up to 100kHz depending on waveform type.
No. It is best used as a portable quick-check tool. For higher bandwidth, deeper analysis, or larger display operation, a tablet or desktop oscilloscope is a better match.
