This ESP32-S3 development board has an Xtensa 32-bit LX7 dual-core processor, which clocks up to 240MHz and has a 1.28" capacitive touch display that provides a sharp 240 x 240 resolution and supports 65K colours to provide vibrant and colourful visuals.
It supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5 (LE), along with a built-in antenna, providing easy integration into IoT ecosystems. The board has 512KB of SRAM and 384KB ROM, supplemented by 2MB of onboard PSRAM and an external 16MB Flash memory, offering enough space for projects and data.
Additionally, it features a USB-C connector and an onboard QMI8658 6-axis IMU, combining a 3-axis accelerometer and a 3-axis gyroscope, which are ideal for motion and gesture detection projects. A Li-ion battery recharge manager also makes it so the board can be used in portable projects.
Note: There are two purchasable options for this board. Please select which one you want before adding it to the cart.
This board uses a tiny MX1.25/PicoBlade-compatible connector for LiPo power, however most LiPo batteries use a larger JST-PH fitting.
We now stock PicoBlade-compatible LiPo batteries in 150mAh, 500mAh and 1200mAh capacities - or you can customise your existing LiPo with one of our 1.25mm pitch cables (assuming you have the ability, knowledge and tools to do this safely!).
